We are Luminate, the creators of a custom Android launcher that lets users create and share themes (wallpapers, icon packs, etc.) with the public.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the Luminate app we may collect:

• Username & User ID – included when you publish themes.
• Theme Data – wallpapers, icon packs, names and design elements you choose to share.

We do not collect sensitive info such as email, contacts or location.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Display your publicly shared themes to other users.
• Attribute content to your username and user ID.
• Improve our services and keep the experience safe & creative.

4. Sharing of Information

The following is public only when you publish a theme:

• Your username
• Your user ID
• Your shared theme content

Don’t want this shared? Simply don’t publish. We do not sell or hand over your data to advertisers or other third parties.

5. Data Storage

Shared data lives on our servers. We take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Your Rights

You can at any time:

• Request deletion of your shared content.
• Request removal of your user ID and username from any theme.
• Stop sharing by simply not publishing new themes.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this page. We’ll adjust the “Effective Date” and notify users via the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new policy.
