1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, flashing, or otherwise using Luminate OS (“the Software”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own.

3. User‑Generated Content

Any themes, icon packs, or other materials you publish are your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to share them and you grant us permission to display them to other users.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• No reverse‑engineering the Software to create competing products.
• No commercial redistribution without written consent.
• No publishing malware, hate speech, or illegal content.

5. Modifications & Updates

We may push updates that change features or behavior. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Flash at your own risk; we are not liable for data loss or device damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Luminate or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
